We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information unless you voluntarily contact us for support. If we receive personal data through support requests, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing the Game. Your locally stored game data is used to save your progress, preferences, and statistics. This information remains on your device and is not shared.
• Displaying Advertisements. We use Google AdMob to show ads and generate revenue to support the game. AdMob may use your data to provide personalized advertising based on your interests.
• Improving the Game. Aggregated usage statistics help us identify bugs, understand which features are popular, and improve the overall game experience. We do not build individual user profiles or sell your data.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All game data (preferences, progress, statistics) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is automatically deleted. We retain anonymized analytics and diagnostic data only as long as necessary to improve the game. Since Play Sudoku is a free game with no user accounts or subscriptions, we do not maintain any personal user databases.

4. Third‑Party Service Providers

• Local Data Control. All your game data is stored locally on your device. You can clear this data at any time through the game settings or by uninstalling the app.

• Support Requests. If you contact us for support, you have the right to request deletion of any personal information you have provided.

6. Children's Privacy

Play Sudoku is suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game uses Google AdMob, which is configured to serve age-appropriate ads. Parents can control their children's device settings to limit ad personalization. If we discover that we have accidentally received personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect the data stored on your device. Your game progress and preferences are stored using Android's secure SharedPreferences. While we strive to protect your information, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Since we do not collect or transmit personal information to our servers, your data remains under your control on your device.

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Play Sudoku after changes become effective will signify your acceptance of the updated policy.
